The timing of payment varies depending on the payment method you select when participating in a funding campaign or pre-order.

Pay later

  • Pay later payments will only be processed if the project ends having reached its funding goal.

  • For two days starting the day after the project ends, payment will be attempted daily at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

  • If the payment fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect card information, the system will automatically retry the payment at the next scheduled time. If the payment is not completed after a total of four attempts, your project participation will be automatically canceled.

  • You can change your payment card up to 30 minutes before each payment time.
