I changed my payment card on wadiz, but why did the payment fail?

Even if you change the card information registered for Easy Payment, the change will not automatically be reflected in the payment card for projects you have already joined. To change the payment card for a project you have already joined, you must manually update the payment information for that project.
 

  • When You Can Change Your Payment Card 

    • Pay later payments are processed for two days starting the day after the project end date, at 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day.

    • You can change your payment card up to 30 minutes before each payment time.

    • After that time, you cannot change your payment card, and if the final payment fails, your participation in the project will be automatically canceled.

  • How to Change Your Payment Card 
    • Log in to wadiz and go to My wadiz.
    • Select “Funding & Reservations.”
    • Select the project for which you want to change the payment card.
    • Select “Change Payment Information.”
    • Enter your new payment information, then select “Save.”
       

⚠️Simply changing the default card registered with Easy Payment will not update the payment information for projects you’ve already joined. Be sure to update the payment information directly in the participation history for that project.
