Can I schedule News posts to be published on a specific date and time?

Yes. After writing the new news in advance, you can set the desired date and time and post the reservation.

If you need to guide new news on a specific schedule during the project, try writing new news in advance and setting a date and time to post it.

 

How can I reserve the news?

 

Maker Studio > New News > Please write new news in New News.

On the New News Creation screen, you can select the publishing method from whether to publish a reservation.
 

  • Post immediately: I'm releasing the new news I've written right away.

  • Posting a reservation: Set the date and time you want and the new news will be automatically released at that time. 

Please select [Post Bookings] and set the desired date and time for the date and time of publication.

The reservation time can be selected in 15-minute increments after 10 minutes from the current time. 

For example, if the current time is 9:30 a.m., the closest available appointment time is 9:40 a.m. on the screen. 

 


 

 

Until when can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation within the time period when you can write new news.

Can I modify the new news I booked?

Yes. If it's not before the news is released, you can modify the news you booked.

You can change the following by selecting the scheduled new news from the new news list. 

  • What's new and what's new
  • Story top exposure
  • Set notifications and target notifications
  • Date and time of reservation issue

However, if the new news has already been released due to reservation time during the modification, the contents cannot be changed from the reservation status. Please select the new news released again and correct it.

 


 

Can I cancel my reservation? 

Yes. You can cancel your reservation if it's not before the new news is issued. 

If you cancel your reservation, the new news you have written will be maintained and only the reservation time will be released. You can then post immediately or reset a new publishing time.

 

 

When will the notification of the new news I booked be sent?

If you set the notification to be sent, it will be sent once to the destination you set up at the time the new news is actually released. 

However, if you book between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. the next day, the news will be released normally at the time you booked, but the app push notification will be sent the next day at 8 a.m. 

Modifying the new news or changing the reservation time will not resend the notifications that have already been sent.

Before issuing the reservation, please double-check the reservation date and time, whether the notification is sent, and the target.

In particular, even while we are revising the new news we have booked, the news can be automatically released when the reservation time is available. 

If you want to modify it near your reservation time, it is recommended that you change the reservation time first and then modify it.
