Wadiz Consulting Services is a service that selects projects that can create strategic synergy with Wadiz, and the director (PD) provides a step-by-step guide to project success. Throughout project planning, opening, and operation, we guide customized directions so that makers can lead projects more efficiently.

Projects with consulting services will be matched by a dedicated director (PD), with the following customized operational guides, depending on the nature and progress of the project.
 

• 1:1 meeting and communication with the dedicated director (PD)

• Expert feedback on project story (detailed page) organization and flow

• Rewards design direction and suggestion of attractive package composition ideas

• Create new news and communicate supporters (comment/inquiry) strategy feedback

• Suggest marketing events and promotional ideas

• Proactively review and feed potential risks during operations

• Discounts on advertising post-payment service fees (basic 5% → 2.5% applied when using consulting)

✅ How does the consulting service fee apply?

From the project submitted on August 10, 2026, consulting service fees will be differentially applied depending on the final payment success amount after the project is completed.

• The consulting service fee is determined based on the final payment success amount after the project is completed. 
• The consulting service fee rate is subject to change depending on the project conditions. 
• Wadiz fees, payment and settlement processing fees and VAT are calculated separately.
• The pre-change consulting service fee standard applies to projects submitted by August 9, 2026.

⚠️ Matters to be noted 
 

• Service Delivery Structure: Consulting service is a structure in which a consulting representative (PD) proposes the use of the service for projects that are expected to have strategic synergy. The specific scope of service delivery and the final fee rate (around 10%) will be guided by the person in charge, and the maker can finally decide whether to accept the offer.
   
• How to enter the maker studio: The maker who was offered the service through prior communication with the PD in charge must enter the name of the PD in charge after selecting the check box "Yes, there is a consulting representative (PD) in communication" at the bottom of the [Maker Studio] → [Service Charge] menu. If you enter the contents and press the [Save] button at the bottom, the consulting service will be applied normally.
   
• This service is not a project 'operating agent' service. The maker is responsible for all operations, including story writing, advertising execution, and supporter response, and the PD will act as a pacemaker to support successful direction and strategy establishment.
   
•  Consulting services do not guarantee the project's performance or final sales. The success of a project can depend on various factors, such as the competitiveness of the rewards themselves, market trends, and marketing execution.
