What are the payment methods for wadiz advertising fees?

Wadiz’s payment methods for advertising fees vary depending on the country of business registration associated with the maker’s account.

1. BizMoney (Prepaid Top-Up)

This is a prepaid payment method used to pay for ads in the Ad Center and Biz Center.

You prepay for advertising fees by loading funds in advance.

2. Postpaid (Settlement Deduction)

This method deducts advertising fees from your settlement amount after the project ends. You do not need to pay for advertising in advance.

Korean makers can use both BizMoney and post-payment methods.

4. Global Maker Payment Methods

Global makers can only pay advertising fees using BizMoney, and there are two ways to top up their balance.

2. Invoice Issuance	wadiz	After verifying your request, we will send an email containing the invoice and payment instructions.
3. Transfer	maker	Transfer the exact amount and currency specified on the invoice
4. Deposit Confirmation	wadiz	Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a completion notification (processed on business days)
5. Top-up Complete	maker	Run ads after verifying BizMoney in the Ad Center or Biz Center

wadiz’s invoice and payment instructions are sent exclusively via the @wadiz.kr email address or through your assigned PD’s official channels.
Since we use a payment processing service, the domain of the payment link may differ; however, please do not make payments to any accounts or links provided through other channels. Instead, please contact info@wadiz.kr로 to verify the correct information.

5. How to Change Payment Information

A pay later schedule is set up using the card information entered when applying for an ad, and payment is automatically processed upon ad approval. Installment payments are not supported for card payments.

6. Important Notes Regarding Payments

BizMoney and postpaid payment cannot be used simultaneously within the same campaign.
Refunds for BizMoney can be requested only after all ad campaigns have ended and settlement has been completed.
Any transfer fees or exchange rate differences incurred when topping up via bank transfer are excluded from refunds.
Please note that the timing for issuing tax invoices or invoices may vary depending on the payment method, so please check in advance.
