Can I check supporter information during the payment period?

Supporter information for Rewards delivery will be available three days after the project's end date.

Payment will be made for two days from the end of the project, and you can check it as a file at Maker Studio → [Funding/Sending Management] → [Payment/Sending Information Download] after the payment period ends.

For example, if the project ends on Thursday, you can check the supporter delivery information from Sunday.
 

• Thursday: Project Ending
• Friday, Saturday: Payment process
• Sunday: Supporter information available at Maker Studio
