How do I request a partial refund?

You can apply for a partial refund for each reward, but if some components are missing from one reward, a partial refund for that reward is not possible, and only a full refund is possible. 

If you use the rewards you have already received, and want to refund or exchange only the missing components, you need to communicate with the maker through [Contact the maker]. If you have any difficulty communicating, please contact us through inquiry registration.

 

There are two ways to contact the maker.


  1. Contact us on the Project Details page
    Please select [Contact] below the maker name displayed on the right side of the project details page.
     
  2. Contact MyWadiz
    Please go to MyWadiz → [funding+] and choose one of the methods below from the projects you participated in.
    • Select [Contact Maker] under the project name
    • Select [View Details] under the project name → Select [Contact Manufacturer] on the details screen

 

(Example) Super Early Bird Rewards A and Super Early Bird Rewards B can be individually refunded.
