  • How to verify your contact
  1. Click [Reward Information] at the top of the project page
  2. Check [A/S Director and Phone Number] at the bottom of the page 
  3. If you do not see the contact information, you can contact [Contact the Manufacturer] 
     
  • How to Contact the Maker
     
    • Contact us on the Project Details page
      Please select [Contact] below the maker name displayed on the right side of the project details page.
       
    • Contact MyWadiz
      • Please go to MyWadiz → [Fund+] and choose one of the methods below in [Participation History].
        • Select [Contact Maker] to the right of the project name
        • Select [View Details] under the project name → Select [Contact Manufacturer] on the details screen
