I requested a refund before the Rewards were shipped, but they arrived anyway. How do I use them?

It is not possible to process the refund in Wadiz. If you want to use rewards, you need to communicate separately from the maker. 

Please communicate your intention to use it to the maker through 'Contact Maker' on the project details page. After that, you can communicate with the maker and deposit the reward amount separately.

  Please select [Contact] below the maker name displayed on the right side of the project details page.
   
• Contact MyWadiz
  Please go to MyWadiz → [Fund+] and choose one of the methods below in [Participation History].
  • Select [Contact Maker] to the right of the project name
  • Select [View Details] under the project name → Select [Contact Manufacturer] on the details screen
